Q: Which license do I choose when purchasing the Easy Agile Programs app?
When purchasing Easy Agile Programs, you must purchase a license that matches your highest Jira application tier.
For example, if you have a 500 user Jira Software license and a 100 agent Jira Service Management license, you must purchase a 500 user Easy Agile Programs license.

Q: How does Cloud pricing for Easy Agile Programs work?
Navigating Cloud pricing can be difficult.
Atlassian have created this Cloud Pricing Calculator which allows you to easily calculate the cost of an app based on your user tier.
To summarise, if you have 10 users or less licensed for your Jira Cloud instance, you’ll only pay $10 per month for Easy Agile Programs. If you have more than 10 users, you per a per user amount based on the user tier.
Q: How is annual Cloud pricing calculated?
Annual Cloud pricing is calculated on a tiered basis (the same as monthly per user pricing), however annual cloud licenses are discounted as you are only charged for 10 months of the year, rather than 12 months if you were to pay on a monthly basis.
Atlassian have created this Cloud Pricing Calculator which allows you to calculate prices based on your user tier for the apps you are looking to purchase. When using this calculator, make sure to switch the 'Billing Cycle' toggle to 'Annual' (the default is set to 'Monthly').
